An extremely rare SS Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler Musicians pennant.

A superb and extremely rare musicians pennant used by the band of Hitler's bodyguard Regiment, Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler. Typical pre-war construction, the pennant is completed using 'German Silver' wires on black velvet. The embroidery workmanship is simply beautiful, with the 'LAH' early 'flowing' monogram expertly handworked. Even the 'German Silver' wire fringing is of beautiful quality with a little circular loop apparent to the end of each and every strand. Machined to the top edge
is a black leather seam, allowing the pennant to be slipped onto a music stand. Surviving in near mint condition, the pennant shows just the lightest age patina to the silver work. Free from moth or damage.

A rare example of an SS NCO style metal car pennant.

A rare example of the all metal car pennant, this one being for use by NCOs. The metal pennant is sprayed black and bears the Runes within circle, along with the seldom found black/white edging. The pennant is still affixed to its metal pole which retains the fully impressed RZM and maker code numbers.

An extremely rare example of the SA Marine Sturmfahne complete with two unit anchor boxes to each side.

A rare example of the marine Sturmfahne for the SA. The flag is complete with composite mobile swastika on white circle along with unit boxes. The flag also retains its correct golden fringing. Complete with all cotton loops for mounting to flag pole and surviving in overall excellent condition.

SA Sturmfahne for the 3rd Company of the 57th Niederrhein Standarte

A rare and interesting example of the SA Sturmfahne for the 3rd Company,
57th Standarte Niederrhein (location Wesel). The flag is a very early
example with static swastika and no fringing, giving a consecration
date at the beginning of the 1930s. The flag bears its original black
box with white chain stitch 3/57 and then five additional unit numbers
chain-stitched in fine golden wire. The flag is complete with its original
pole rings and shows light use and some slight mothing in places.

SA Sturmfahne for the 8th Company of the 112 Südwest Standarte

A good and interesting example of the SA Sturmfahne for the 8th Company, 112 Standarte Südwest (location Main / Neckar). The flag is an early example with fine silver wire bordering. The mobile applied swastika gives a date of consecration of around 1934. The flag bears its original yellow box with black chain stitch 8/112 and then two additional unit boxes in red with grey chain stitch 22/112 and 4/261. The flag is complete with its original pole ties and shows light use and some slight mothing in places.

HJ Gefolgschaftsfahne for the 1st Motorised Company of the 360th Bahn

Beautiful double sided HJ Bahn flag with pink doeskin boxes bearing black chain stitched 1/360. Flag has white diamond to centre bearing swastika. The pole end ties have been cut short, otherwise the flag remains in excellent condition.

Beautiful double sided aluminium finial with stylised eagle and HJ diamond to centre. The finial is complete with the RZM logo and maker code numbers to the bottom shaft. Overall very good to excellent condition.

NSDAP - NSBO political flag for the firm of 'Zeller & Emelin - Eislingen / Fils'

A superb example of the regulated NSDAP - NSBO flag. Probably dating from around 1935 / 1936, this flag has the fine silver fringe and the typical white chain stitched name to the brown panels. The flag retains all mounting clips and has survived in excellent condition.

NSDAP DAF flag for the German Handworkers group of Wiesbaden

An interesting example of the NSDAP DAF flag for the German handworkers group of Wiesbaden. Flag has the later manufacture silver aluminium fringing along with the brown wool patch bearing the white chain stitched wording 'Das Deutsche Handwerk Wiesbaden-Südwest' and blue outer border. The flag has lost its rings when it was pulled from its pole at the end of the war, otherwise it is in generally very good condition.

An early Kreis level NSDAP flag for the area of Lirich

Dating from the late 1920's / early 1930's, this NSDAP area flag is on traditional flag cloth and has a static swastika along with old silver fringing. The area panels are in black with white cord edging and white chain stitch name. The flag has lost its rings although the ring holding tapes are still present. Generally used condition.

Early and extremely rare NSDAP flag for an NSDAP administration office for Ortsguppe Hemelingen

A fine quality example of the early static swastika NSDAP flag. The flag still retains the 'old silver' fringing and the nickel-silver rings. The large black wool patch bears fine white chain stitched wording, 'N.S.D.A.P Ortsgr.Hemelingen Amt für Beamte' and has the typical thick size 'old silver' cord piping to the border. This flag probably dates to around 1930, and has survived in very good to excellent condition.

NSBO flag presented to factory 'Johann' circ: 1933 - 1935

An excellent example of the NSBO flag,bearing the white corner panels with black gothic chain stitch wording, 'NSBO Betriebszelle Johann'. The flag is complete with its early silver finging and retains the remnants of the cloth tapes that would have originally attached the flag to the pole. Overall very good to excellent condition, with just a few small moth holes visible. The flag is free from any staining or other damage.

An excellent early example of the NSBO flag pole top. Finished in heavy nickel-silver plate and with blackened hammer top and 'NSBO' initials. One fixing tong is impressed with the RZM logo and the makers number '60'.

A wartime Kreisleitung Head of Department car pennant

A unique chance to acquire a mint condition example of the Kreisleitung Department Head car pennant, which is complete with its period leather & celluliod foul weather container, and also the extremely rare grey canvas cover for when the pennant was not in use. The dark/brown and white pennant is as fresh as when it was made and the golden wire embroidery is still bright. The upper silver holder is stamped with the RZM logo and number, and the grey cover is also fully stamped with full RZM markings.

A Gauleitung 'Head of Office' car pennant.

A stunning example of the 'Head of Office' car pennant. This example is absolutely mint pristine condition. The gold bullion wire work is still fresh and the hand work is to the highest quality (they can vary immensly). The pennant retains its original metal frame and is RZM and number marked to the lower section.

An extremely rare example of pre-1938 Reichsleitung Hauptamtsleiter/Amtsleiter car pennant.

Far rarer than the wartime car pennants are the pre-1938 examples with the stylised eagle/swastika in silver aluminium wires. This Reichsleitung Hauptamtsleiter/Amtsleiter car pennant has the typical 'R.L' designation with white and black background quarters. The pennant has survived with its original red foul weather cover. Both the pennant and cover have survived in stunningly mint condition and has been in the ULRIC of ENGLAND collection since 1984. The pennant was brought back to England by a serving British
officer in 1945 and sold with other effects in 1984. It is the only example of this pennant known to survive at the present time.

This Kreisleiter's car pennant has the typical 'K.L' designation with white and brown background quarters. The pennant has survived with its original red printed RZM stores label. The pennant has survived with its original celluliod outer weatherproof cover, which is RZM stamped both into the leather and onto the metal support fixing.

A matched pair of Kreisleitung 'Head of Office' car pennants complete with poles & tops as removed from car.

A completely matched pair of car pennants, which were removed from a Mercedes-Benz staff car by a British soldier in 1945. The car was apparently abandoned in Hamburg as the British came into the city. The pennants were purchased by ULRIC of ENGLAND in the early 1980s. They are the painted versions with superb highlights and father detail to the eagle, I would go so far to say the eagle pennant is a minature work of art. Both pennants are complete with their full mounting poles and mazak style tops, and both
are fully RZM stamped with manufacturers number. Even the original fixings nuts and washers are present. The swastika pennant has a few small areas of paint damage.

1934 Reichsparteitag car pennant

An excellent example of the 1934 Reichsparteitag car pennant with finely woven roundel bearing knight with swastika shield to reverse. The obverse bears the swastika roundel. Nicely finished with silver edge piping and metal fixing clips top and bottom. Shows light use and has a few stains.

An excellent example of the HJ pennant for Adolf Hitler School 'Albrecht Dürerschule', obverse has very fine off white embroidery 'Albrecht Dürerschule' on black panel and then a Wolfsangle to centre. Reverse bears the typical swastika within white circle.
Nice quality car pennant with fine chain stitched swastika and propellor on blue cloth material. Pennant retains both clips for mounting to car. No moth, overall very good to excellent condition

A scarce Luftwaffe Night Fighter desk pennant

A beautiful quality embroidered desk pennant for night fighter units. The pennant is embroidered in red/brown/black cloths and finished with aluminium wire for the diving eagle and highlights. The pennant is bordered in aluminium, has aluminium tassels and is fitted to a metal bar with marble base. A very nice and unusual item which would enhance any Luftwaffe collection. A scarce issued example of the Luftwaffe Flak award desk pennant

Although the Flak award pennants are often encountered, they are generally unissued. This example has been issued for 28 Victories to 'kommandeur Flak Scheinw.Regt.160'. Typically embroidered with the downed Spitfire motif, along with eagle/swastika and Iron Cross to the reverse with 'Luftgau XI' dedication. The pennant is mounted to a wooden multi-tapered vertical which fits into an Iron Cross shaped base. Excellent condition. Ex-Atkinson, Museum of the German Airforce collection.
