A beautiful example of wartime Reichsleitung level Haupteinsatzleiter tunic
Price: £2,950
Finest quality example of this highest level, Reichsleitung tunic, originally tailored by Johann Brienner from Augsburg. The tunic retains the Reich level yellow piping and collar patches with three eagle/swastika pips and two bars, along with the armband bearing top and bottom oakleave borders. A nice six medal ribbon bar complete with political tan brown backing is sewn directly onto the tunic above the left pocket. The pocket has loops for what was probably the Golden Party Badge with brooch style pin along with another medal
with vertical pin (probably Iron Cross First Class 1914-18 or War Merit Cross First Class). The tunic has survived in near mint condition, with a typical mid-beige silk lining, and is free from any moth or damage (the tailors label has frayed from age).

A beautiful early example of an SA Staff Brigadeführer tunic
Price: £3,250
Dating from the earlier 1930s, this brown wool gabardine tunic has the typical pleated top and bottom box pockets. Privately tailored and with the silk label still remaining, the tunic retains the early style generals eppaulette with silver and golden bullion wires on a red base. The collar patches are magnificent, with beautiful frosted silver oakleaves with polished detail, along with a single silvered pip on red wool doeskin and with the typically heavy silver bullion wire piping (aluminium came in slightly
later and eventually took over from the silver bullion). The tunic also has a fine wool composite brassard and an SA Long Service chevron. There is provision for a long ribbon bar and a badge to the pocket, also an Iron Cross ribbon sewn through to the pocket flap. The entire tunic has survived in excellent overall condition, and apart from light wear is free from moth or damage.
